Description
The house is built on a 1000 sq. meters plot with panoramic views over the bay of St. George as well as Despotiko and Sifnos island, it is 600 meters far from the beach and consists of a main house, a studio with one bedroom plus a living room and an isolated bedroom with bathroom .
All have their own entrance without internal communication.
The main house on the ground floor has a small office, a living room, a dining room with a table for 6 people, a fully equipped kitchen, all in open plan and a small W.C.
Externally of the living room there is a covered terrace with a dining table for 8 people and panoramic sea view.
Outside the kitchen, at the back of the house, there is a BBQ with a marble table and a seating area. Next there is a distinct terrace overlooking the sea, ideal for privacy and relaxation.
From the living room the stairs go upstairs where there are two double en suite bedrooms with a large communal terrace and panoramic sea view.
On the side of the house, there are separate entrances to the studio and the isolated room.
Τhe one entrance leads to the studio which features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a living room with two single beds, a kitchenette and a furnished terrace.
The other entrance leads upstairs to the isolated bedroom featuring a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a furnished terrace.
In total the villa sleeps 10 people.
