Prices

The prices for the hotels and the villas that are listed in the website www.seasideholidays-greece.com include taxes, charges for all services and all other expenses that are given in detail in the web page of each hotel or villa.
The Seaside holidays maintains the right to change the listed prices in the website www.seasideholidays-greece.com at any time, without any previous notice.

Payments

For the reservation of the hotels or the villas of the website www.seasideholidays-greece.com the prepayment of the total sum is required via bank deposit.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 40% must be made within 7 days of acceptance of your booking.
The remaining amount of 60% is due 21 days before the arrival . For each reservation, there will be the respective electronic bulletin of reservation (voucher) which will be sent to the purchaser through e-mail and which the buyer has to present at the hotel or villa for the rendering of services.

Extension of vacation

If the purchaser wishes to extend the vacation, during the stay in the hotel or villa, the Seaside holidays office cannot guarantee that he will continue to stay in the same room, or in the same hotel or villa.
If the purchaser wishes to extend the vacation before the arrival to the hotel, must communicate in time with the responsible administrators of Seaside holidays agency .

Changes

In order to change the dates of the stay, the purchaser must communicate in time with the responsible administrators of Seaside holidays agency
In case where the purchaser wishes to shorten the duration of the stay, there will be no reimbursement of money from Seaside holidays office after his arrival at the hotel. In any other case, he will have to communicate in time with the responsible administrators of Seaside holidays agency .

Cancellation of reservation

If the purchaser wishes to cancels his reservation, he must communicate in time with the responsible administrators of Seaside holidays agency .

The purchaser maintains the right to cancel his reservation at any time, with the following sanctions:

Cost of cancellation of reservation No showing up of purchaser at the hotel or villa 100% of the total cost of stay is retained.
Cancellation 0 – 21 days before the date of arrival at the hotel or villa 50% of the total cost of stay is retained.
Cancellation 21 – 60 days before the date of arrival at the hotel or villa 40% of the total cost of stay is retained.
Cancellation 60 days or more before the arrival at the hotel or villa 10% of the total cost of stay is retained

The reimbursement of the money by the Seaside holidays agency to the purchaser will be made by bank remittance (the transfer expenses will be charged to the purchaser).

Arrivals at the hotels or villas are from 15:30hrs, departures are before 11:00hrs. For arrivals/departures at other times, reasonable notice should be given to the Seaside Holidays agency.

If you require us to make car hire or ferry ticket bookings on your behalf, Seaside Holidays must be paid in full, in advance.

The villa or property holder retains the right ask, in advance, for a deposit to cover any damage – this is fully refundable following a satisfactory inspection on departure.
