The complex is built on a hill, in a very quiet and refreshing area, 1. 5 km away from the city center, the harbor and the beach, with panoramic views from high above to the Aegean Sea and the surrounding islands.

It offers 7 one-room studios which can accommodate 2 - 3 people each ( some of them can be provited on request an extra bed ) and one of two-room apartment for 4 - 5 people, in two buldings, one of one level and a second of two levels .

Each studio offers a double built-in bed ( some include an extra sofa bed for one person), a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with shower.
Each has a furnished veranda with panoramic sea view.

- Three of the 7 studios are next to each other, creating an independent group with a shared private sea-view veranda, while each of these studios hane an additional garden - facing terrace.
These three studios can accommodate 6 - 9 people in total.

- There is a two-bedroom apartment for 4 - 5 people on the first floor of a two levels building.
It offers a double bed bedroom, a second one with twin beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed for one more person, a dining area and a bathroom with shower.
Externally there is a large furnished terrace with stunning sea view.

- On the ground floor of the two-level bulding there are 4 en suite double studios next to each other with their own furnished terrace overlooking the sea.
These four studios can accommodate in total 8 -10 people.

The whole complex can accommodate 24 people.
Ideal for large groups.

 - Close to Antiparos center, 700m far, there are 3 en suite double bed studios with refrigerator. From their furnished verandas one can enjoy garden and village view.

Each of them can accommodate 2 people.
