The whole complex consists of:
- 2 of Five Bedroom villas, each of 275 sq. meters, (The villa No 01 and No 3),
Sleeps 10 people each.
Each villa offers:
- On the ground floor level, a living room with a built-in fireplace, a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a dining area and a bathroom.
- On the higher level each villa has, two double bed en suite bedrooms, one master and one smaller. Both bedrooms have their own balcony with sea view.
- On the lower level each villa has two double bed bedrooms and one twin bedroom, all of them are en suite and they have their own verandas with sea view.
- On the same level is the laundry room.
Each villa has, an outdoor dining area covered with a pergola, a swimming pool with a furnished area around and a large garden. - 2 of villas of 375 sq. meters with 7 bedrooms each. (villas No. 2 and No. 4).
Sleeps 14 people each.
Each of them consists of two buildings.
- On the ground level of the first building there is, a living room with a built-in fireplace, a fully equipped open plan kitchen and a dining area.
- On the lower level of the building, which is also the pool and the outside dining area, there are two double bed en suite bedrooms and one en suite twin bedroom for children.
Next to this, there is a second building also built upon two levels.
- Each level has two master double bed en suite bedrooms and a large furnished veranda with sea view.
Each of the bedrooms has its own private entrance.
- On the ground floor level there are two same with the upper level bedrooms.
Both of the buildings have an outdoor dining area covered with a pergola.
There is a private pool for each villa and a large garden.
The villas can be rented all together for a group or independently.
- In total all the villas can accommodate 48 people.
